The weather reports on the nightly television announced a fine weekend followed by rain on the Monday and Tuesday. Unfortunately this was not to be with light rain throughout both days. Robert Martin lost least point in his Daihatsu Handi (down 28 points) from Shaun Rankin (BMW Z4, 36), Geoffrey Messer (MGB, 70), Chris Lake (Toyota 86, down 89) with Lindsay Derriman (Toyota Vienta, loss of 170 points).
