MGCCQ HILLCLIMB SERIES, ROUND 5 - Saturday - Sunday, 9-10 September, 2017
After a slow start to the weekend due to some technical issues, followed by a couple of retrievals and some fence repair after some early "offs", the weekend got underway with a great show of hillclimbing by a great variety of vehicles, fastest of which was Michael von Rappard with a
38.46. Competition for second fastest was close between Martin Egglesfield (41.46) and Stephen Woodbridge (41.59) with Stephen Woodbridge reversing the order with a win in the Top Six with a 41.09 from Martin Egglesfield's 41.33. Despite the excellent conditions, no records were broken over the weekend though there were undoubtedly a number of PBs recorded.
